Culture

It is with great pleasure today that I announce the appointment of Joe Kim as President of Elevate. Joe will build upon Elevate’s strong foundation and focus on further agency growth and innovation. In addition, I will step into the role of Chief Executive Officer to strengthen our forward-thinking culture and lead our teams as they continue to create remarkable work for our clients.

Joe brings twenty-five years of extensive experience working with companies in operations, culture, and innovation. His client roster includes companies from a variety of industries, including Gatorade, Kellogg’s, JP Morgan Chase, McDonald’s, Hershey’s, Aon Insurance, and RL Polk.

Prior to Elevate, Joe was the Chief Operating Officer for DBSI, a leader in innovation and branch transformation for the banking industry. He was also a partner at Twist, an innovation agency that helped clients with brand strategy challenges. He currently teaches a class on innovation for the Masters of Business Innovation program at CEDIM in Mexico.

Joe is a graduate of Columbia University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He lives with his wife and three boys in the north suburbs of Chicago.

This year marks Elevate’s fifteenth year in operation — a lifetime for companies in this industry — and I’m beyond excited about the tremendous impact we’ve made thus far. Joe joins us at a time as we further refine, cultivate, and grow our organization for the next chapter of our story. His entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative work-style, and fervent curiosity will further drive innovation and measurable success for the world’s best companies.
